Conscious Movements

About the Class

Conscious Movements is a 1.5 hour guided workout and "Meditation in Motion". Class is structed around the concepts of "3 Gears of Breathing" and "Movement is Medicine". Participants will be taught how to manage their Autonomic Nervous System through their breath and will be guided through movements meant to bring health and harmony to the body. The quickest way out of your head is into your body.  By combining mindful breath with movements from diverse fields such as BJJ, Yoga, Tai Chi, Animal Movements, Dance, Gymnastics, Capoeira, and many more; Conscious Movements aims to give participants an experience like no other!


Classes are for all ages and require no experience.

Joey Scrivani

Joey has 14 years experience as a personal trainer and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also has over a decade of stress management and holistic lifestyle coaching. Joey combines all of his experience in these diverse fields for his Conscious Movements class.
