About the Class
In our Kids' Jiu-Jitsu Competition Classes, young athletes aged 5-13 develop their grappling skills in a fun, supportive environment. Designed specifically for aspiring competitors, these classes focus on refining techniques, building strength and endurance, and cultivating strategic thinking. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students learn to apply Jiu-Jitsu principles in live drilling and scenario training, preparing them for local, national, and international competitions. By emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork, we help our young competitors develop a strong foundation for success both on and off the mat.
